OTRS Mobile Edition by it-novum

The app give you the possibility to manage your Ticket system in a convenient way from your iPhone, iPad and iPod wherever you want. There is a large variety of functions which makes the handling of your OTRS system comfortable from your mobile device. It is easy to set up and offers a user-friendly UI

Functions:
o Show existing open and new Tickets and also filter between Locked, Watched, My queues and All
o Show Tickets by Queue
o Read Articles for every Ticket
o Ticket creation
o Answer to existing Tickets

Depending on the installed plugins on your OTRS Server you also can:

o Create Ticket Tasks and recording of time worked
o Journey recording for every Ticket

NOTE!
This App requires an OTRS Server and also a mobile API. The API is not part of an standard OTRS Package. You can get it from the it-novum GmbH. There is no additional charge for using the app without the API.
